Simi Valley
Right south of Simi Valley is a clump of wilderness hills. There’s a test stand on there now; rocket-tent type of test stand – not a very big one. My grandfather owned land up here. It was Indian movie country, where they filmed different movies (right now, the rocks it’s on). Never did see the land; don’t know anything about it but I know I saw it in a book and I heard the family talking about it.
